For Whisker Watchers Inc., a mock company specializing in pet monitoring solutions, I developed two marketing personas based on real customer interviews. These interviews provided firsthand insights into pet owners’ concerns, behaviors, and buying decisions, shaping personas that reflect genuine consumer needs like separation anxiety and remote monitoring.
Using these insights, I created a personalized SMS marketing workflow in XMPie. This workflow demonstrates how automated, behavior-driven messaging can engage different customer segments, nurture leads, and drive conversions. By combining real consumer data with automation, this project showcases my ability to create targeted, effective marketing strategies.
